The Wetlands: from Bunyips to Beautiful is a touring exhibition which will reveal the truth about the wetlands and pose some significent questions for both adults and children.

The exhibition runs from the 17th May until the 9th July.

Join us for a wonderful vintage style morning tea, to help raise money for the Cancer Council of Australia.

Our guest speaker, stylist Deb Sawyer will be bringing some samples of vintage clothing and will talk about how to achieve that vintage look.

Come dressed in your best 1940's to 1960's vintage clothes, there will be a prize for the best dressed!

Enjoy a delicious morning tea and have your tea leaves read by one of our fabulous tea leaf readers.

Raffles will be drawn throughout the morning so bring your spare change as all funds raised go to this worthwhile cause.

Tickets are $10 each and are available from Seville Grove Library.

Dye your own silk scarves is a one day  workshop held by textile artist Charlene O'Brien.

Concoct dye baths from local natural Australian bush plants to create stunning autumn colours.

Three 100% silk scarves are supplied to take home with you at the end of the workshop.

The workshop will be held on Saturday 26 May from 10am - 4pm and costs $150.

Volunteers invited to plant extended Tulip display

at

Araluen Botanic Park - famous for its magnificent tulip display

and other spring blooms during August and September is again appealing for volunteers to join in the fun of planting bulbs.

This years display will double in size to around 100,000 tulips, so they are looking for even more volunteers.

This year's weekend bulb-planting days are 26/27th May and 9/10th June from 9:00am to around noon.

Participants also get to enjoy free entry, a legendary complimentary morning tea and a special invitation to return in Spring.
