This year the Araluen Avocado Festival is spicing things up and has combined with the Chilli festival, bringing all your favourite foods to the same place.
The Araluen Avocado & Chilli Festival is an annual two-day event held on the 11 & 12 March at McCallum Park in Victoria Park that celebrates all things Avocado’s and Chilli. If you love guacamole or food with a bit of a kick, then this is an event you won’t want to miss.
Treat your taste buds to some creamy, healthy goodness and visit stallholders selling fresh produce, chilli sauces, dips and plants, avocado skin care products, beers, ciders, cocktails and of course, guacamole made by our local chefs.
The festival is hosted by Araluen Botanic Park, a picturesque national park situated within the Darling Range of the Perth hills, and for this first time is being held in the stunning Victoria Park.
The park boasts exploration of its own with bush walks, picnic areas, barbeque facilities, expertly maintained gardens and an abundance of green recreational areas. The Araluen Avocado & Chilli Festival is the perfect excuse to get everyone together and make a day of it. Bring the whole family to enjoy the beauty of the park.
