The roots of Core Cider House date all the way back to 1939 when apples were first planted at the High Vale Orchard in Pickering Brook. Throughout the years the orchard has grown and evolved with the CORE Cider brand being developed in 2005. Time honoured processes are used to produce high quality, authentic ciders in a variety of flavours from classic apple or pear to sparkling lemon and ginger.
It’s not all about the ciders though; Core Cider House has gained a reputation for providing hearty, tasty fare combined with friendly service in a relaxed setting. Chill out in the cider garden overlooking the leafy orchards and kids playground or dine on the deck with sweeping vistas of the Perth Hills.
